The demolition truck mainly utilizes the interaction between the hydraulic system and the electronic control system. That is, the mobile spray equipment injects the spray fluid into the liquid storage tank at the dispensing station and goes to the spraying point; when the train passes, the control personnel controls the rotation of the transmission hydraulic system. The liquid pipe is orthogonal to the carriage and the liquid pump starts to spray at the same time. And adjust the liquid pump flow to meet the design spray standard. Through the remote control between the train hooks, the stepping motor or the servo motor is controlled to stop spraying and spraying by rotating the shielding drum through the transmission connection device. When the train passes completely, the device stops spraying.

Operation sequence:

a, start the engine, step on the clutch to pull out the power switch, the power take-off begins work;

b, the pump is turned on: first perform a action, and then step on the clutch to pull out the pump switch, if a action has been started, you can directly step on the clutch to pull out the pump switch, so that the pump starts to work; c, the hydraulic pump is turned on, first perform a action , and then step on the clutch to pull out the hydraulic pump switch, if a action has been started, you can directly step on the clutch to pull out the hydraulic pump switch, the hydraulic pump starts working, pay attention to the hydraulic pump and pump can not work at the same time, start the pump must turn off the hydraulic pump ,vice versa.
